What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Master Card Credit cards. Personal checks are accepted with identification and are subject to a $25 return check fee.
May I bring My Children?
In consideration of other guests we respectfully request that you not bring your children unless they are receiving a service. In order to ensure their protection, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for our clients who are receiving services.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Should a cancellation be necessary, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so that we have an opportunity to book in the open appointment.
May I use my cell phone in the salon?
We realize that in today’s high paced world many of us require the use of a cell phone. However, we respectfully request that you not take calls while at the salon. Please take this time to enjoy yourself and get a much deserved relaxing service.
What Are Your Returns, Exchange, And Pricing Policies?
The sale of Gift Cards is final. There are no returns.
All pricing is subject to change without notification.
We will accept returns of all hair retail products within a 2 week period if the product has been minimally used. Electrical equipment is not returnable however the manufacturers warranty applies. All make up and nail polish sales are final and may not be returned.
Because of the experience and availability of some of our beauty professionals, they command higher prices. These professionals offer you the benefit of years of experience along with advanced training. All of our staff members, regardless of position, meet the high standards that Ultimate Image Salon and our guests expect.
Ultimate Image Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
