What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Personal checks are also accepted with identification and are subject to a $25 return check fee.

May I bring my children?

In consideration of other guests, we request that you don’t bring children unless they are receiving a service. In order to ensure their protection, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients who are receiving services.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule; so that we have an opportunity to book someone else who might call in for a last minute appointment.

Can I use my cell phone at the salon?

We realize that in today’s high paced world, people require the use of a cell phone. However, at Ultimate Image Salon, we request that you do not talk on your cell phone while at the salon. To make sure you have the most relaxing and pleasurable experience possible, we ask that you please take this time to enjoy yourself and be pampered.

What is your return and exchange policy?

The sale of gift cards is final, there are no returns accepted.

We will accept returns of all professional hair products within a two week period, assuming that the hair product has been minimally used. Electrical equipment (such as blow dryers, styling wands, etc.) are non-refundable, however their individual manufactures warranty applies. All facial cosmetics, makeup and nail polish sales are final and may not be returned.
Because of their professional knowledge and low availability, some of our beauty professionals command higher prices. These professionals offer you the benefit of years of experience along with advanced training. All of our staff members, regardless of position, meet the highest standards that Ultimate Image Salon and our clients expect.
Ultimate Image Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any person.

Do you Offer a Guarantee?

If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations with any of our services or customer support, please let us know. We will re-do any service you are not satisfied with if brought to our attention within a two week time period following your service. If you have suggestions for our business that will help us to improve our salon or any aspect of the customer service experience, please let us know. We would love to hear from you!

What is the Customer Loyalty Program?

To keep our customers coming back to us time and time again, we have implemented a wonderful rewards points program to acknowledge your loyalty. You will earn points every time you make a trip to Ultimate Image Salon. After you’ve accumulated enough points, you can spend them in our salon just the same as cash … on any services or products that we offer!

Is Everyone on Your Staff Licensed?

Our stylists, manicurists, massage therapists; makeup artists and aestheticians maintain the highest level of professionalism that is required by the State of Pennsylvania. Individual licensing needs based on the profession. All of our staff continues to update their education and academics to stay abreast of the latest industry trends.
